WHAT TO EXPECT
What is Well-Being Coaching?
Well-being coaching is a modern alternative to traditional therapy, however, that's not to say that coaching isn't grounded in evidence-based psychological theories. In fact, we integrate Adlerian Theory, Rogerian Theory (person-centred approach), Positive Psychology, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), to best support our clients as they explore their goals. In addition, our well-being coaches are able to help clients overcome unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours, identify their strengths and develop new strategies to maximise their mental health.

Maintaining a person-centred approach, we believe that YOU are the expert in your own life, our well-being coaches are here to support you as you navigate the challenges of your world. Using evidence-based frameworks of Positive Psychology and ACT, our well-being coaches work with you to discover your values, utilise your strengths, and work towards living a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
