FACILITATED SUPPORT GROUPS FOR MUMS
Whether your preparing for your first baby or your second (or third or more!), bringing home a new baby is one of the most wonderful, exciting, and joyous experiences in life. At the same time, motherhood can also be exhausting, overwhelming, and lonely.
Our professionally-led, peer support groups provide a safe, supportive environment in which mums just like you come together to support each other navigate the ups and downs of new motherhood. Learn through guided group discussions, share your experiences, and connect with yourself and other mums.
